Ordered then tried to cancell rang no answe emailed response ring this number scam cannot contact them at all.got pack today tiny writung saying you have 18days to cancell order from original time of order .thers No free trial No one to contact

For all those gullible Ozzies LIKE ME who got stung with bills for product you didn't order, here's how I contacted SmartBiotics. Made a file note of everything.

Googled "what time is it in Philadelphia?". Then phoned the 1800 Oz number during USA (Utterly *** America") business hours. Asked the person on the other end to slow their speaking so I could understand the distorted USA twang trying to speak English. It didn't work!Asked for a FULL REFUND - U$79.98.

in between the usual USA sales bull excreta, they offered 60%. Threatened to report them to the USA Better Business Bureau AND Oz Fair Trading. They caved in- promised to give a full refund if I didn't report them. Kept detailed file notes of conversation.

If the refund does not arrive on my credit card, I'll complete a complaint/refund request form with my Credit Card provider and attach copy of invoice and file notes. Good luck!

Have been using for quite a number of months now with NO RESULTS. Would like to cancel my order but unable to *** t with anyone by phone.

I cannot contact the company. The 1800 number supposedly for Australia tells me the in a polite American voice that they are closed ring back during business hours.

I do not know what state of America they are in so how do you find out when it is business hours over there?

I want to cancell the product is rubbish and does not work for weight loss it is a rip off. I have been using it for 3 months now and have not lost any weight.

Like others I have fallen for this product as well, it doesn't work for me either & ive been trying to call them in Australia and they never answere, I have written a letter to cancel & sent to Breaside over a month ago but have been charged $79.00 again, how do I stop them from sending this to me.

I fell for the free sample thinking I would just have a once off trial and then the following month I get slugged $79.98 and apparently this will continue to happen every month . I did not sign up for this monthly supply .

when I ring the contact number I get the recorded message about the office is closed . After about the twentieth try I managed to be placed on hold for FORTY SEVEN MINUTES the whole time listening to some *** sprout the benefits of a product that does not work. When the *** on the other end finally answered I got the old " hullo, is any one there ". and then promptly hangs up on me.

I am at my wits end and will now try writing to these rippoff *** to halt my subscription immediately. BE WARNED..THIS IS FRAUD AT ITS WORST.

I received a duplicate charge to my debit card.

I orderes a free trial. It was only supposed to be the shipping charge only.

Well, let me tell u, they charged my account $73 without my consent and now i cant get them to credit me back. Not only that, the oroduct sucks. It does absolutely nothing for me. I dont have a lot of money.

They really hurt me on this.

So, i cancelled my card and reported them to the consumer protection agency. Thanks a lot u losers.

I put two three emails about my problem.but no replies.please stop my monthly supplies. I doesn't need any more and Don't cut money in my bank account.please please................
